- Designed and delivering team coaching workshops "Effective Leadership, Team and Culture" for the management team in China of a south american trading company.
- Designed and facilitating strategic workshop “Strategic Management Alignment and Strengthening” for the Chinese management team for European high-tech company.
- Designed and delivering seminar workshop Strategic Planning and Business Process for the middle management of an Asian Telecommunication company.
- Moderation Top 200 Global Executive Conference with open space approach, participant incl. CEO and all board members for European company from the automative industry (head office).
- Moderation of a Kick-Off Meeting with open space approach for the one European strategic business unit with all management team for European high-tech company (European regional head office).
