  • Designed and delivering team coaching workshops "Effective Leadership, Team and Culture" for the management team in China of a south american trading company.
  • Designed and facilitating strategic workshop “Strategic Management Alignment and Strengthening” for the Chinese management team for European high-tech company.

  • Moderation Top 200 Global Executive Conference with open space approach, participant incl. CEO and all board members for European company from the automative industry (head office).
