Sylvia Schroll-Machl has been working as an intercultural coach and senior trainer since 1992. She conducts her training on her own as well as in cooperation with a worldwide network of partners. She holds a degree in psychology as well in religion and education and earned her PhD in intercultural psychology.


Her clients are numerous medium-sized companies, internationally operating corporate groups (among others Agilent, Alstom, Areva, Audi, Bosch, Boston Consulting Group, EON, HP, Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen, Olympus, Siemens, Swiss Re, VW) and various other institutions and ministries.
