Intercultural Qualification, Training and Consulting




Starting by winning a research fund for my master thesis to develop, deliver and evaluate cultural awareness training program for the foreign student in Germany, I have been since dedicating myself on a better cultural understanding for an even better performance for all.



Over the past twelve years, I have been helping international organizations in the development, design and delivery of intercultural and diversity interventions. The managers I have been dealing with, were coming from all hierarchy level, incl. fresh graduates, line managers, senior executives and board members from Europe, Asia and the US.

  • Consulting for Strategic Branding and Communication Implementation in Asia Pacific with focus of Greater China for German company in manufacturing industry (head office).
  • Designed and delivering Cross-Cultural Awareness Workshop for the Senior and Middle Management in Greater China for European company in automotive industry.
  • Designed and delivering Cross-Cultural Awareness Workshop for the German manager of German company in telecommunication industry in China.
  • Executive coaching for non-Asian managers coming to work and live in Asia for German company in consumer industry (Regional Asia Pacific Office).
  • Designed and regularly delivering cross-cultural awareness training for all employees working in international projects across all hierarchies (nine training workshops with more than 100 participants) for German company in IT industry (China office).
  • Designed and delivering workshop Cross-cultural Issues in HR Management for the Asia Pacific HR management team for US company in consumer industry (Regional Asia Pacific Office).
  • Designed and delivering workshop Cross-cultural Issues in HR Management for the European management team for Japanese company in automotive industry (in Germany).
  • Designed and regularly delivering cross-cultural awareness training for senior and middle management working in international projects dealing with Asia for German company in manufacturing industry (head office in Germany).
  • Conceptualized a company specific intercultural competency model, carried out cross-cultural assessment center as well as prepared resume for the participants for German company in transportation industry (head office).
  • Designed and regularly delivering cross-cultural awareness training for senior and middle management who are going to work and live in Southeast Asia (eight workshops with around 60 participants) for German company in chemical industry (head office in Germany).
  • Designed and regularly delivering cross-cultural awareness training for all employees working in international projects dealing with Southeast Asia across all hierarchies for German company in high-tech industry (head office) (over thirty training workshops with more than 300 participants).
  • Regularly delivering cross-cultural awareness training for government officer who are going to work and live in Asia for German institution in service industry (head office). (eight training workshops with around 60 participants).
