Bandung, Indonesia – End of Dec 2009. Organized by Traistrategic, Dr. Tjitra deliver a two-days intensive workshop for the mid-manager of one of the largest Indonesian state-owned company. The interactive workshop was attended by more than 20 professionals from different background. The participants were invited to share actively their current situations and provide them with practical suggestions on how to implement organization and culture transformation effectively in their respective companies.
